The HR Manager adopts a client-focused approach that aligns with the organization's vision, rules and regulations, outcomes and targets. The role involves management and delivery of all HR aspects in close collaboration with various directorates and units within the organization.
This position supports the strategic goals of the organization and enhances operational effectiveness by integrating HR functions with broader organizational objectives. - Active contribution in overall organization change management with focus on the delivery of HR-related aspects.
