We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Knowledge and Data Officer to support the implementation of the second phase of the Enhancing Access to Benefits while Lowering Emissions (EnABLE) Project. The position will play an important role in supporting data management, project documentation, monitoring processes, and knowledge organization to ensure effective and evidence-based project implementation.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Team Leader, MEL Specialist, Project Officers, and technical teams to maintain organized project data, support reporting processes, and strengthen documentation practices across project components.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management Support
- Assist in collecting, compiling, and organizing quantitative and qualitative project data
- Support data entry, cleaning, and validation processes
- Maintain project databases using Excel, Google Sheets, or other systems
- Support tracking of project indicators and outputs
Knowledge and Documentation Support
- Organize and archive project documents in designated folders and internal systems
- Maintain proper documentation of reports, project outputs, and FGRM updates
- Support documentation of lessons learned and project activities
Monitoring and Reporting Support
- Assist in preparing inputs for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
- Support consolidation of data across project components
- Ensure consistency between project data and narrative reporting
Data Visualization and Communication Support
- Prepare basic charts, tables, and data summaries
- Support development of presentation materials, briefs, and summaries
Qualifications
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Environmental Studies, Development Studies, or other related fields
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in data handling, research assistance, or administrative support is an advantage
- Familiarity with development projects or NGO environments is a plus
Skills and Competencies
- Basic data management skills using Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to support report preparation and documentation
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team

Contract Duration
