Anette Nainggolan is a finance and operations professional with more than 20 years of experience in financial management, internal controls, risk management, donor compliance, auditing, large-scale procurement, and organizational operations. She currently serves as Director of Finance and Operations, providing strategic direction and oversight across finance, human resources, procurement, information technology, and general services to support the organization’s effectiveness and sustainability.

Anette has held various senior finance leadership positions with international development and humanitarian organizations. Her experience includes managing large and complex program portfolios valued at more than USD 200 million, as well as supervising finance teams across multiple locations and operating in high-risk humanitarian contexts.

She has extensive experience in budgeting and financial planning, donor reporting, cash and grant management, auditing, and strengthening internal control systems. She also brings substantial expertise in large-scale procurement, including procurement planning, tender processes, contract management, donor policy compliance, and procurement risk mitigation. In addition, she has experience in strengthening the capacity of partners and finance teams, as well as managing funding from a range of institutional, multilateral, and government donors.

Her cross-country experience across Asia, the Middle East, and Europe has strengthened her ability to align financial and operational strategies with programmatic needs. Her expertise in strengthening governance, ensuring compliance, managing risks, and improving organizational efficiency contributes to the delivery of high-quality, accountable, and sustainable program outcomes.
