The RBP GCF Output 2 Program in Central Sulawesi supports efforts to reduce Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions through strengthening institutional capacity and human resources in the forestry sector. One important element in supporting the implementation of RAD GRK and achieving the FOLU Net Sink 2030 target is the availability of competent technical personnel capable of conducting GHG inventory and emissions calculations.
As part of this support, KEMITRAAN will conduct Training and Certification on GHG Emissions Calculation Competency for staff from the Forestry Service, KPH, Tahura, and related stakeholders in Central Sulawesi Province.

Proposal Evaluation
Proposals will be evaluated based on:
- Relevance to the scope of work and expected outputs
- Experience and qualifications
- Quality of the implementation plan
- Cost efficiency and reasonableness
