Saiful Doeana is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience in general management, human resource development, and collaboration with various government agencies, development organizations, and the private sector. Throughout his career, he has held various strategic positions, including Director of Aviastar Mandiri Airline, and worked for several prominent organizations such as PT Vale Health and Education Foundations, Chemonics International, PT Mattel Indonesia, and Monsanto Indonesia.

Furthermore, Saiful has a strong track record in supporting bureaucratic reform and institutional development. He served as a Consultant at the Ministry of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform (PAN-RB), Head of the Bureaucratic Reform and Decentralization Unit at AusAID, and Director of Human Resources at the Aceh-Nias Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Agency post-disaster. His contributions to the development of management and organizational systems across various sectors demonstrate his capacity to manage change and strengthen institutions.

With an academic background in International Relations from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Science in Population Studies from Florida State University, USA, Saiful currently serves as part of KEMITRAAN (Partnership for Governance Reform). His experience and leadership are a crucial foundation in supporting KEMITRAAN’s mission to promote fair, transparent, and sustainable governance.
