Inda Presanti Loekman is a professional with over 15 years of experience in development program management, with a particular focus on democracy and governance issues. She currently serves as the Knowledge & Research Manager at KEMITRAAN (Partnership for Governance Reform), where she leads the development of assessment methodologies, the management of a knowledge center, and the dissemination of best practices to strengthen inclusive and transparent governance.
Inda’s education reflects her academic strength, with degrees from Gadjah Mada University and VU University, Amsterdam, along with extensive training in project management and business writing. This combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills supports her work in designing and implementing evidence-based programs relevant to local and global contexts.
Inda has led and participated in various national and international research projects. She also actively writes and edits publications on governance and political rights. Her cross-border experiences in Indonesia, the United States, Australia, and Southeast Asia strengthen her global perspective, which she brings to supporting KEMITRAAN’s mission to build just, inclusive, and accountable governance.
