Eka Melisa has years of experiences in climate, energy and development issues in various stakeholders such as governments, donors, and NGOs. Some of Eka experiences are with Government of Indonesia as Vice Chair of International Negotiation Working Group in the Indonesia National Council on Climate Change, and as the Assistant Special Staff to President SBY on International negotiation issues related to climate, energy, industry and transportation. She was a member to the government multi-institution team that established climate-related policies including National Action Plan for Emission Reduction (RAN GRK), Greenhouse Gas Inventory, and establishment of REDD+ Agency (BP-REDD). International Climate and Forest Advisor for WWF International. She graduated from the Faculty of Chemical Engineering ITB and She has a Master of Science degree in Energy Economics and Management, Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia.
