KEMITRAAN – Partnership for Governance Reform invites consulting firms or independent evaluators with relevant experience and competencies to submit proposals for: “Independent Evaluation of the KEMITRAAN 2022–2026 Strategic Plan Portfolio.”
This assignment aims to obtain an independent and evidence-based evaluation of the performance, results, impact, sustainability, and lessons learned from KEMITRAAN’s program portfolio as a basis for consideration in future strategic and program planning.
Contract Value
| The budget ceiling for this assignment is: IDR 125,000,000 (gross, including applicable taxes). The proposed methodology and level of engagement must be feasible within the available budget, including VAT and income tax. |
Proposal Documents
Prospective service providers are requested to submit the following documents:
1. Administrative Documents
- Company profile; and
- Completed Vendor Questionnaire; (Attached)
2. Technical Proposal
- Implementation approach/methodology;
- Workplan and timeline;
- Composition and experience of the proposed team, including team members’ Curriculum Vitae (CVs);
- Relevant experience/work portfolio.
3. Financial Proposal
- Detailed implementation costs;
- Professional service fees;
- Taxes and other costs;
- andTotal proposed price.
