Background
Through the Adaptation Fund (AF) Program in Pekalongan City, KEMITRAAN implements various initiatives to strengthen the resilience of coastal communities against climate change impacts, tidal flooding, and environmental degradation. One of the priority activities under the program is the development of silvofishery cultivation as a fisheries model integrated with the rehabilitation and sustainable use of mangrove ecosystems.
To support the implementation of this initiative, KEMITRAAN will develop a Silvofishery Demonstration Plot within the intervention areas of the AF Pekalongan Program. To ensure that the construction work is carried out in accordance with the approved technical design, quality standards, technical specifications, and implementation schedule, KEMITRAAN invites eligible Construction Service Business Entities to participate in an Open Tender process as the Construction Contractor for the Silvofishery Demonstration Plot Development.
Work Location
The work will be implemented within the intervention areas of the Adaptation Fund Program in Pekalongan City, namely:
- Kelurahan Degayu
- Kelurahan Kandang Panjang
Pekalongan City, Central Java Province
Scope of Work
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
- Construction of floating accessways and fixed-net fishpond facilities;
- Construction of pontoon anchoring systems and guard house;
- Milkfish cultivation facilities;
- Crab cultivation facilities;
- Mangrove planting media installation;
- Green mussel cultivation facilities;
- Access road construction;
- Electrical installation works;
- Mangrove nursery development;
- Gazebo rehabilitation works; and
- Other works as specified in the technical documents.
Detailed work specifications shall refer to the Tender Documents, Detail Engineering Design (DED), Bill of Quantities (BoQ), Technical Drawings, and Technical Specifications and Conditions (RKS).
Funding Source and Budget Ceiling
This activity is funded by the Adaptation Fund (AF) through the KEMITRAAN Program with a total budget ceiling of:
IDR 1,096,995,000 (One Billion Ninety-Six Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Five Thousand Rupiah)
Bidder Qualifications
Tender participants must meet the following requirements:
- Possess a valid Business Entity Certificate (SBU);
- Business Qualification: Small Enterprise;
- Classification/Service: BG009 – Construction Services for Other Building Structures;
- Have key personnel in accordance with the Tender Documents;
- Demonstrate experience in similar or relevant construction works; and
- Possess valid business licenses and legal documentation in accordance with applicable regulations.
Participation Procedure
Interested bidders are required to:
- Complete and submit the Qualification Form (attached);
- Submit company legal and administrative documents;
