Background
KEMITRAAN, through the Adaptation Fund (AF) Program in Pekalongan City, is implementing a program to strengthen food security and climate change adaptation through the development of urban agriculture based on Climate Smart Agriculture (CSA). One of the key activities is the construction of CSA Greenhouses within the intervention areas of the AF Pekalongan Program.
To support the implementation of this activity, KEMITRAAN invites qualified Construction Service Companies to participate in an Open Tender for the construction of CSA Greenhouses in Pekalongan City.
Work Location
The work locations are situated in 7 urban villages within the intervention areas of the Adaptation Fund Program in Pekalongan City, namely:
- Kelurahan Degayu
- Kelurahan Panjang Wetan
- Kelurahan Panjang Baru
- Kelurahan Kandang Panjang
- Kelurahan Padukuhan Kraton
- Kelurahan Krapyak
- Kelurahan Pasirkratonkramat
A total of 8 CSA Greenhouse units will be constructed.
Scope of Work
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
- Earthworks
- Masonry and concrete works
- Steel structure and roofing works
- Installation, sanitation, and planting media works
Detailed specifications and requirements refer to the Tender Documents, Detailed Engineering Design (DED), Bill of Quantities (BoQ), Technical Drawings, and Technical Specifications.
Funding Source and Budget Ceiling
The funding is provided by the Adaptation Fund (AF) through the KEMITRAAN Program with a total budget ceiling of: IDR 1,048,000,000 (One Billion Forty-Eight Million Rupiah).
Bidder Qualifications
Tender participants must fulfill the following main requirements:
- Possess a valid Business Entity Certificate (SBU);
- Business Qualification: Small Enterprise
- Classification/Service: BG009 – Construction Services for Other Building Structures;
- Have key personnel as required in the Tender Documents;
- Have experience in similar/relevant projects.
Participation Mechanism
Interested bidders are required to:
- Complete the Qualification Form;
- Submit company legal and administrative documents;
