Background
KEMITRAAN through the Adaptation Fund Program in Pekalongan is implementing community-based ecotourism development as part of efforts to strengthen climate resilience and the socio-economic conditions of coastal communities. To support the implementation of this activity, KEMITRAAN invites eligible Construction Service Companies to participate in an Open Tender for the ecotourism development works in Pekalongan City.

Degayu Sub-district, Pekalongan Mangrove Park (PMP), Kandang Panjang Sub-district, Pekalongan City
Scope of Work
The main scope of work includes (but is not limited to):
- Landscape works
- Guard post/main gate construction
- Decking/pedestrian walkway
- Multifunction room
- Information center
- Sasana Bogarasa
- Food court (pujasera), floating gazebo, tenant area, local product building
- Restaurant, boat pier, and other supporting works
Detailed specifications refer to the DED, Bill of Quantities (BoQ), Technical Drawings, and Technical Specifications (Tender Documents).
Funding Source and Budget Ceiling
The funding is provided by the Adaptation Fund (AF) through the KEMITRAAN Program with a total budget ceiling of:
IDR 5,899,784,000
(Five Billion Eight Hundred Ninety-Nine Million Seven Hundred Eighty-Four Thousand Rupiah), inclusive of VAT and income tax.
Bidder Qualifications
Bidders must meet the following key requirements:
- Possess a valid Business Entity Certificate (SBU)
- Business Qualification: Small Enterprise
- Classification: Building Construction Services
- Have key personnel as required in the Tender Documents
Participation Mechanism
Interested providers are required to attend the Aanwijzing (pre-bid meeting) on 2 March 2026. The meeting link will be sent after submitting the Qualification Form (attached) along with legal and administrative documents.
