About the Project
KEMITRAAN (Partnership for Governance Reform) is the Implementing Agency for the World Bank–funded EnABLE (Enhancing Access to Benefits while Lowering Emissions, Phase 2) initiative. The program supports the East Kalimantan Emission Reduction Program (ERP) by ensuring that marginalized and disadvantaged groups, particularly indigenous communities and women, have access to carbon and non-carbon benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead project financial planning, budgeting, and cash-flow management.
- Prepare financial reports, including Budget vs Actual (BvA), IFRs, and withdrawal applications to the World Bank.
- Supervise partner/grantee financial reporting, compliance, and disbursements.
- Ensure procurement, contracts, and events comply with SOPs, donor, and KEMITRAAN standards.
- Manage treasury, payments, tax compliance, and audit processes.
- Supervise and build the capacity of Finance & Administration staff.
- Support capacity building for local NGOs, including those led by indigenous and women groups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance & grants management (preferably with World Bank, USAID, UN agencies, or INGOs).
- 3–5 years of hands-on financial monitoring experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial systems, donor compliance, and internal controls.
- Proven experience in budgeting, reporting, and grants/partner management.
- Strong leadership, integrity, and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written & spoken).
