Procurement of Facilities, Infrastructure, and Interior for the Livelihood House<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All works shall refer to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Detail Engineering Design (DED)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construction Drawings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical Specifications and Work Requirements (RKS)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Indonesian National Standards (SNI)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Construction Regulations applicable in Indonesia<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Funding Source and Budget<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><tbody><tr><td><strong>IDR 1,184,000,000<\/strong> (One Billion One Hundred Eighty-Four Million Indonesian Rupiah)<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Bidder Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tender participants must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Possess a valid Business Entity Certificate (SBU).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Classified as a Small Business Enterprise.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Possess the appropriate building construction contractor classification in accordance with applicable regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have experience in similar construction works.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have qualified professional and technical personnel as stipulated in the Tender Documents.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the works.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Participation Procedure<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested bidders are required to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"1\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Complete the Qualification Form;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit the company&#8217;s legal and administrative documents;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit the documents via email to: <a href=\"mailto:procurement@kemitraan.or.id\">procurement@kemitraan.or.id<\/a>, CC: <a href=\"mailto:zulfadhli.prasetyo@kemitraan.or.id\">zulfadhli.prasetyo@kemitraan.or.id<\/a>, CC: <a href=\"mailto:niknik.jatnika@kemitraan.or.id\">niknik.jatnika@kemitraan.or.id<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After the Qualification Form and administrative documents have been received, the Tender Committee will send the Aanwijzing (pre-bid meeting) link via email to participants who meet the administrative requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Tender Schedule<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Activity<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Date<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Submission of Qualification Form &amp;
