One important element in supporting the implementation of RAD GRK and achieving the FOLU Net Sink 2030 target is the availability of competent technical personnel capable of conducting GHG inventory and emissions calculations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of this support, KEMITRAAN will conduct Training and Certification on GHG Emissions Calculation Competency for staff from the Forestry Service, KPH, Tahura, and related stakeholders in Central Sulawesi Province.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Proposal Submission Method:<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Please submit your proposal via email to: <a href=\"mailto:procurement@kemitraan.or.id\">procurement@kemitraan.or.id<\/a>, with copies to <a href=\"mailto:zulfadhli.prasetyo@kemitraan.or.id\">zulfadhli.prasetyo@kemitraan.or.id<\/a> and <a href=\"mailto:niknik.jatnika@kemitraan.or.id\">niknik.jatnika@kemitraan.or.id,<\/a> no later than May 15, 2026 at 15:00 WIB, with the subject line: \u201c<strong><em>Proposal for GHG Training and Certification \u2013 Company Name\u201d.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Required Supporting Documents:<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cover letter of submission<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Organizational profile<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of legality and accreditation of LSP, BNSP, and KAN<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Technical proposal (work plan)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial proposal (budget plan)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementation schedule<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other supporting certifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completed attached Vendor Questionnaire<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Proposal Evaluation<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Proposals will be evaluated based on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Relevance to the scope of work and expected outputs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience and qualifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quality of the implementation plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cost efficiency and reasonableness<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>Clarification and Inquiries<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Interested parties requiring further clarification regarding the scope of work, technical requirements, or other matters related to this Call for Proposal may submit their questions via email.
