KEMITRAAN completed the Green Economy Project in Indonesia during 2018\u20132019 with three main objectives:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Promoting effective instruments and tools for Green Development in Indonesia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promoting the effective implementation of the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) as a tool for green economic development<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generating public interest and demand for green development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The project used both technocratic and non-technocratic approaches in shaping the Regional Development Plans. This methodology supported the implementation of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA \/ KLHS) in two RPJMD documents in East Kalimantan Province and Jambi Province. Therefore, KEMITRAAN prepared two documents to introduce the Green Development Initiative in both provinces as pilot project areas.
