This approach is reinforced through the signing of a Cooperation Agreement (PKS) between the Aceh Agriculture and Plantation Agency, the Aceh Land Agency, and the Regional Office of the National Land Agency (BPN) of Aceh Province. The collaboration is expected to strengthen legal certainty for smallholder farmers, improve land governance, reduce the risk of agrarian conflicts, and support the protection of Aceh&#8217;s landscapes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The policy also forms part of a broader transformation of development governance, including accelerating the issuance of Smallholder Plantation Registration Certificates (STDB), strengthening coordination between the provincial and national governments, and improving the governance of plantation and mining licensing.
