The position will support transaction processing, financial verification, donor reporting, audit facilitation, cash and tax management, and the maintenance of complete and accurate financial documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Finance Grant Officer will be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supporting the implementation of financial operational strategies and ensuring compliance with KEMITRAAN and donor policies and procedures.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring financial transactions, identifying financial exceptions and anomalies, and providing accurate financial information and recommendations to management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Administering KEMITRAAN and donor funds, including budget planning, financial recording, monitoring, transaction processing, and documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Verifying budget requisitions and revisions, ensuring the completeness and accuracy of financial documents, calculations, bookkeeping, and timely payments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing monthly, quarterly, six-monthly, and annual budget forecasts and expenditure reports.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Preparing financial statements and reports through SunSystem or other relevant systems.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring project and fund balances, identifying and correcting budget errors, mischarging, and unposted vouchers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitoring accounts receivable and following up on outstanding settlements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting bank reconciliation, fund balance reconciliation, bank transfers, cash-flow forecasting, and tax administration.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting audit planning, preparation of audit Terms of Reference, coordination with auditors, and provision of requested documentation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tracking audit findings and management actions through to resolution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contributing to finance-related training, knowledge sharing, and the identification of lessons learned and good practices in financial management.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications and Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum S-1 degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible experience in finance and accounting, preferably within NGOs, development organizations, or donor-funded projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in developing and reviewing project budgets and budget proposals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of institutional donor financial and compliance requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fluency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with project teams, partners, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work effectively in a changing and complex environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to Apply<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Interested candidates are invited to submit their application through the <strong>\u201cApply Now\u201d<\/strong> button below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please ensure that all required application documents are submitted through the application system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Application Period:<\/strong> This vacancy will close <strong>10 days after the date of posting<\/strong> (22 September 2026 &#8211;
