The role involves working closely with government institutions, donors, development partners, civil society organizations (CSOs), and private-sector partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Senior Program Manager \u2013 ESG will be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ensuring quality planning, coordination, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and performance management across the ESG programme portfolio.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing end-to-end programme delivery, including work planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk and issue management, donor compliance, and performance monitoring.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Overseeing PMUs and ensuring projects are implemented effectively, on time, and in accordance with approved agreements, donor requirements, KEMITRAAN policies, and SOPs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Managing programme budgets and expenditures in coordination with the Finance &amp; Operations Directorate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensuring timely and quality programme, donor, and financial reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leading and supporting PMU recruitment, capacity building, performance reviews, team coordination, and knowledge sharing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Maintaining productive relationships with government agencies, donors, development partners, CSOs, implementing partners, and private-sector actors.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participating in resource mobilization, fundraising, strategic partnership development, and business development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contributing to the development of high-quality programme and project proposals, concept notes, and expressions of interest.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting strategic planning and donor\/client engagement to strengthen KEMITRAAN\u2019s future funding and programme portfolio.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qualifications and Experience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Education<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>University degree in Administration, Management, Social Sciences, Environment, or other related fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A master\u2019s degree is an advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Professional Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Minimum <strong>12 years of progressive experience<\/strong> in programme and portfolio management, including at least <strong>7 years managing complex, multi-project and\/or multi-donor programmes<\/strong>, preferably in the environment, climate, sustainability, or ESG sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience managing multi-project, multi-sector, and multi-donor programme portfolios with an aggregate value of at least <strong>USD 10 million<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience managing multiple concurrent programmes\/projects across at least <strong>three thematic or sectoral areas<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience providing leadership and oversight to multiple PMUs, programme teams, or cross-functional teams simultaneously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong experience in programme planning and delivery, financial and budget management, risk and issue management, donor compliance, performance management, quality assurance, and results delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder relationships and strategic partnerships involving government, donors, development partners, CSOs, private-sector partners, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Demonstrated experience in resource mobilization, fundraising, proposal development, business development, and programme portfolio growth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Competencies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The successful candidate should demonstrate:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Strong strategic, analytical, financial, and programme management leadership capabilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Solid knowledge of governance, environment, and climate change issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of project cycle management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to lead strategic planning, results-based management, project formulation, monitoring, and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong stakeholder engagement, networking, team-building, organizational, and communication skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to work effectively in complex, multi-donor, and multi-partner environments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Openness to change and ability to manage complexity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commitment to teamwork, knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and an inclusive working environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Language Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bahasa Indonesia \u2013 Professional Proficiency<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fluency in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to lead discussions and negotiations, engage effectively with stakeholders, and prepare high-quality professional documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>English \u2013 Professional Proficiency<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fluency in spoken and written
