The consultant will also contribute to strengthening equitable, transparent, and sustainable climate project governance at the provincial level. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Scope of Work<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The consultant will be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Preparing a detailed work plan and implementation methodology. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conducting literature reviews, data collection, and analysis related to REDD+ safeguards. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing guidelines for the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of REDD+ safeguards. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinating with the Central Sulawesi Provincial Forestry Office, KEMITRAAN, and other relevant stakeholders. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Facilitating focus group discussions (FGDs), consultations, and coordination meetings. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting SISREDD+ related activities, including trainings, technical consultations, and study visits. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Documenting activity processes and supporting program reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Deliverables<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The consultant is expected to produce:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>An Inception Report containing the agreed work plan and methodology. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A guideline document for the implementation, monitoring, and reporting of REDD+ safeguards for SISREDD+ Central Sulawesi. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A report on the implementation process and activities conducted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Qualifications<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Applicants should meet the following qualifications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in a relevant field such as environmental studies, public policy, social sciences, or community development. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 5 years of experience in developing safeguard-related policies or documents in Indonesia. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience working on REDD+ and climate change related issues. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience collaborating with provincial governments and relevant stakeholders in Central Sulawesi. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong understanding of social and environmental safeguards and natural resource governance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Assignment Duration<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The assignment period is 2 months or 60 calendar
