Program Director of Sustainable Development Governance

Sita Supomo joined Kemitraan in July 2012 as Program Director of Sustainable Development Governance (SDG). Sita is responsible for directing development and implementation programs and mobilizing resources in the areas of poverty eradication and economic governance, sustainable environmental governance, and private-sector governance.
 
Sita’s academic background includes a MA in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from University of Nottingham, MBA from Marquette University and Bachelor degree in Japanese literature and language from Padjadjaran University. Sita was a Chevening Award recipient in 2004, and is appointed President of UK Alumni Ambassador 2012-2013 by the British Council in Indonesia.
 
Prior to joining Kemitraan, Sita was a CSR Consultant for Ernst & Young Indonesia, an Employee Volunteering Consultant at Matoa Foundation, and a Principal Consultant for Social Responsibility at Netritva Pradhana. For two years, she served as Community Affairs Manager at Microsoft Indonesia.
 
Sita's passion is in designing a meaningful business-community engagement through employee volunteering. An experienced CSR, business in community engagement and community program development for over 15 years, Sita specializes in employee volunteer program and experiential-learning-asset-based-thinking.  Her designs, the CSR-based employee volunteering program, places stakeholder analysis, CSR strategies, core of business and sustainable development issues as its foundations. Sita still serves as Independent Commissioner, Travelpreneur at Pragata Wasa Supala and Chief Volunteer Architect at Volunteer-ID
